Crosslines flew Matrix team kites in 1998 and 1999.

These kites, designed by Andy Preston an made by Flexifiol International are full size 8ft competition kites that provide both precision and freestyle qualities. Flexifoil have provided full sets of kites in the Matrix range from Super Ultra Light to Super Vented all in Crosslines personalised colour scheme.

Crosslines look forward to continuing to work with these kites and the team at Flexifoil.

Sky shark provided rods for the team for 1999 through their agents Kites & Fun Things (Skyburner Kites), Plymouth, Michigan, USA.

LaserProTrade Winds logo

LaserPro provided a range of flying lines between 50lb breaking strain (for light winds) and 500lb. This is essential to ensure a competent show can be put on in all conditions.

Carl Robertshaw

Carl has provided wind breaks and handles and has designed and built team banners based on the wing shape of the Matrix kite.

Fat Face provided the team clothing since 1997. They also designed the team logo you see in the background to this page. The logo has been used on the backs of team clothes, on banners and team stationary.

Crosslines wear eye protection from Bollé. Kite flying invoves looking at the sky for long periods of time and it is ablsolutly essential to have good eye protection.
