Northern France - Normandy Crosslines have been attending kite festivals in
Northern France for some years. The wide beaches are ideal for kite festivals
and other activities such as kite buggying and sand yachting.
There are regular festivals at resorts such as Dunkirk, Hardelot and
Berke. Le Touchet hosted a World Cup some years ago as did Dieppe more
recently. Dieppe is also the host of a major International festival held over
two weeks. If you are thinking of attending book early as the hotels are all
always very full.

2061348025 Another guide from a classic series. The Michelin series gives in
depth information about towns and places of interest in all the regions of
France. The books are arguably the most ergonomic of guide books due to their
"high aspect" format which makes reading on the hoof very easy.
Northern
