Northern France - Normandy
Crosslines have been attending kite festivals in Northern France for some years. The wide beaches are ideal for kite festivals and other activities such as kite buggying and sand yachting.

There are regular festivals at resorts such as Dunkirk, Hardelot and Berke. Le Touchet hosted a World Cup some years ago as did Dieppe more recently. Dieppe is also the host of a major International festival held over two weeks. If you are thinking of attending book early as the hotels are all always very full.
