Trip to Turkey

Crosslines finished the season with an all expences paid trip to Istanbul.

The deal was that we were to act as the main attraction at the launch of a new prestigious housing development.

It even rains in Turkey

Having endured rain at most of this summers events we thought this weekend would be different. Guess what, it poured with rain. Fortunately the sun came out in the afternoon when we had to work and the organisers seemed to think we did a good job.

A good bit of "R & R" at the end of the year and we demonstrated the art of team flying plus some quad and single line kiting to a mostly uninitiated audience on the boundary between Europe and Asia. (Oct '98)
