EuroCup'98
EuroCup was finally hosted by Avril Baker at Western-Super-Mare UK and Crosslines got a wild card (hoorah!). It was great to see so many people turn up at the end of the season just after World Cup for what turned out to be a very well run and successful event.Rain, Rain, Rain!
The weather did not appear to be helping with wind and rain in abundance on the run up to the weekend.
Crosslines 6th
The Team Ballet was, however, eventually flown in light winds and fair weather. Everyone was on top form. Crosslines were 4th after precision but probably had wind only just above the minimum for the ballet and therefore lacked a little crispness. None the less we very pleased with our performance after the rest of the season. The judges however put others ahead and we had to settle with 6th place overall (same as last year).(Oct '98)
